Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of a reservation must comply with the terms outlined below. By confirming a booking, the GUEST agrees to these conditions.
1 Standard Cancellation
- Free cancellation period: Reservations canceled at least 15 days before check-in are eligible for a
full refund of the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable fees explicitly stated at booking.
2 Late Cancellation and No-Show
- Cancellations made
less than 15 days before check-in or in the event of a
no-show will
not be eligible for any refund.
- In such cases, the full booking amount remains
due and payable.
3 Modifications
- Requests to modify the reservation (dates, number of guests, or property) must be submitted in writing.
- Any modification is
subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Changes are only considered valid if
confirmed in writing by the OWNER.
4 Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds or cancellations due to
force majeure (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond control) will be considered on a
case-by-case basis.
- In such cases, the OWNER reserves the right to offer a
full refund, credit for a future booking, or alternative accommodation.
5 Security Deposit
- The security deposit is
separate from cancellation refunds.
- If a cancellation occurs according to the refund terms, the deposit will be
fully refunded, provided no damage has occurred prior to cancellation.
6 Acceptance
By making a reservation, the GUEST acknowledges and expressly agrees to comply with this cancellation policy.
