Villa Casa Fariones Rules

• Occupancy and Use:  The villa may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation. Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed. The property is for residential tourist use only.
• Quiet Hours:  Quiet hours must be respected, especially between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
• Care of the Property:  Guests must keep the villa and its furnishings in good condition. Any damages must be reported immediately.
• Pool and Outdoor: Areas Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk. Children must always be supervised. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area. The “Spass” function of the pool/jacuzzi is activated by a button in the pool and lasts 3 minutes.
• Security:  Doors and windows must be closed when leaving the villa. Special care must be taken with keys and the gate remote. Loss of the gate remote will incur a penalty of €100.
• Pets:  Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Prohibitions:  Smoking is prohibited indoors. Illegal substances are not allowed.
• Electric Barbecue:  It is very important to fill the barbecue with water up to a maximum of 2 liters before use, following the instructions for the Severin Sevo model. During grilling, the water in the reflector tray must be replenished as needed. Caution: always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before refilling.
• Cleaning and Waste:  Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.
• Check-out:  Guests must respect the check-out time and return all keys and remotes.
